History In 1978 Mr Tinh Tran arrived in Australia as a pemiless boat person and refugee from South Viet Nam His circumtances at that time did little to reveal the career and reputation he had enjoyed in Viet Nam where he had been selected to serve as the Chef for Mr Khiem Thien Tran, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Taiwan. Mr Tinh Tran reminded his personal Chef when he became Ambassador to the United State and ultimately Prime Minister of the Republic of South Viet Nam for ten years Mr Tinh Tran used his talents to offer the best of Vietnamese and French cusine to entertain the Ministerial Cabinet, visiting diplomats and special national guests.
